The TAKTIX Game Company®
will issue a full refund, less shipping charges to the buyer and
back to The TAKTIX Game Company®,
for any item returned by the buyer for any reason. The returned
item must show the normal wear for the given time period. This
return privilege extends for thirty days from the date the item was
originally received by the buyer...
Items received damaged by the buyer will be replaced at the expense
of The TAKTIX Game Company®, if a replacement is available. If a replacement is not
available, a refund will be negotiated with the buyer, the amount to be
determined by the extent of the damage, and the buyer's decision to
accept the damaged item, or return it to The TAKTIX Game Company®. Damage must be
reported to The TAKTIX Game Company® within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged item
by the buyer. |
